Justin is a Development Consultant at BETCO Housing Lab, where he assists in site selection, affordable housing funding applications, and post-award requirements.

Justin has built a strong foundation in finance and accounting through roles in both the public and private sectors. He’s specialized in accounts receivable, general ledger management, payroll operations, and audit support. In addition to his corporate background, he has developed a strong interest in multifamily real estate. He has gained hands-on experience evaluating properties, underwriting deals using broker and seller financials, and participating in due diligence for potential acquisitions.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, he resides in south Austin, near Zilker Park. Justin enjoys spending time with friends and family. He leads an active lifestyle, training for triathlons and half marathons.
